stress and memory

I've been very stressed about GCSEs lately and I feel like my memory is getting worse because of it. It's becoming harder for me to remember content I've studied. Any tips?
Whilst I don't have any tips to help you reduce your stress levels, I would just point out that what you're experiencing, in terms of memory whilst feeling stressed, is a known phenomenon.

When stressed, people find it harder to create short term memories and to convert those short term memories into long term memories. Hence they find it more difficult to learn.
