ARU unconditional offers

Hi, just wondering what the policy is on unconditional offers from ARU, i have recieved an unconditional from them but am unsure on whether i have to put ARU as the firm in order to claim the unconditional or can you put it as insurance. i preferably want to put brighton as my firm as that is where i want to go, however i dont want to lose out on the unconditional say i dont get into brighton

any help would be great, thank you!

If it doesn't state "if firm(ed)" then it is an unconditional offer regardless of whether your F or I them.

You have plenty of time to decide so you can always give them a quick call to confirm that's the case before picking.

Good morning @jellycat2004

I hope this brings you some good news!

You do not have to put us as your firm choice to claim your unconditional offer. You can accept it as your insurance choice, as well. Even though, of course, we'd love to be your firm choice

I hope this puts your mind at ease and most importantly, good luck in your exams!

Best wishes,
Megan

Is this still the case this year?

Hi there,

I can see we answered your question on another thread, but just to say again, you would only have the option to list us as an insurance choice if your firm choice is conditional. If you firm an unconditional offer as your first choice, you won't have conditions to meet and you should be heading there.

We're more than happy to speak more about the admissions process or any other questions you may have. Get in touch with us today:
