Hello all, I’m asking for a friend, does anyone know if the epq offer of AAB can have the B in anything or does the AA have to be in bio and chem? Thanks

I know it’s not the same but I’m doing the welsh baccalaureate which is similar, I rang med admissions to ask if they’d accept it in lieu of my third academic subject and they said yes if biology and chemistry (my other two subjects) were an A and the welsh bac was at least B (my offer is AAB). :smile:

North wales! My a levels are biology chemistry and welsh first language, I could have an A in bac in lieu of welsh as long as I get AA in the other two

Hi, I know you aksed ages ago but I emailed them about it and they only just got back, and said: If you obtain an A in the EPQ then as long as you get grades AAB in your A Levels it doesn't matter which subject the B is in.
So I'm in the clear if I get a B in chem lol
