Can i pursue a masters in pure econ after studying a HPE or PPE degree?

I have offers to study HPE (at ucl) and PPE (at kcl) and am wondering whether the economics component of these degrees will be sufficient in enabling me to pursue a masters in purely economics at a prestige university.

For instance, when looking at LSE's economics msc 2 years course (for those who haven't study purely econ I believe), they state:

First class honours degree or equivalent with two semesters of university-level mathematics.

Is this referring specifically to courses like Maths and physics, or will a degree in PPE/HPE suffice?
