UCL Bartlett CASA vs UCL Geography

I recently got offers from the aforementioned departments.
MSc in Urban Spatial Science from UCL Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) and MSc in Remote Sensing and Environmental Mapping.

The CASA programme focuses on urban environments and it’s relatively new course.
I heard that the latter is one of the oldest programmes in the department and well-respected both in professional/academic fields.

I am from forest science background and I would love to delve deeper into green spaces modeling/spatial analysis in urban environments. And both programmes seem to offer relevant skills and knowledge.

Upon completion of my studies, I’d like to do a PhD.
Which one seems better?
