If you were setting up a small business, what sorts of things would you want to know about the location? What factors may affect your decision?

I'll start you off:
- Rent prices
- Average income of people in that area
- Availability of labour (i.e. it'll be much easier to find workers in a town, than in the middle of the countryside)
