Recovering an Online Account

I left University in England in 2009 and since then have received maybe two Annual Statements. I have one from 2010 with a Student Support Number but nothing else. I have no CRN number and I do not have my old account details to be able to log on (no access to the email address inbox either).

Can anyone tell me how I can recover my account? I have tried calling the 0300 100 0611 number and went down the "I don't know my number" route but no one answers before I am cut off automatically at around 25 minutes.

Is there a proven method of dealing with this?

I had this problem, what they told us to do is send a letter in asking to reset the account. Here is the address to send the letter to:

Student loan company LTB
100 Bothwell street
Glasgow
G2 SJD

Full name, DOB, email, home address, reset password
