civil engineering a level choices

hi, im just wondering for civil engineering in uni and as a future career, is it crucial to be good at physics or pick physics as my a level choice?

I've picked maths geo econ and politics for my a level as a reference

It is safer to have physics as a choice. If possible, i would swap Politics for Physics.

Whilst physics A-level isn't required by all civil engineering departments, the top universities will want you to have it (esp. as you are not doing further maths). Also plenty of the concepts introduced in physics A-level feed into general understanding of general engineering concepts.
