I started skateboarding a little while ago and I’ve learned how to Ollie, drop in, rock to fakie and some other simple tricks but I’d like some tips on some things.

Hey man, not sure if this tip will help you.

Back when I was in elementary school I was addicted to skating, and would be really confident with it but the passion dropped suddenly.

So my tip for you is to not focus on the tricks but let them happen on its own. The nuance it gives will make it feel more thrilling because you won’t be planning on how or what to do.

I hope this helps haha. Haven’t skated in years.

Maybe a silly tip, but wear your protecting clothes, always. I once skated without them and my shinbone swelled after a fall. The pains were hellish.

Firstly you need to be sure that your skateboards is suitable for Ollie.( Your board, as a standard, should be at 8, 149mm width).
