Hiya, looking for someone to take over my contract for my student room in Stanmore, Winchester. Available from August for the academic year. (2022/2023).

It's a bright double room, fully furnished, including a fitted wardrobe. Big windows with views of sports field. The house itself is also fully furnished. Large kitchen with a separate dining area. Modern house, recently refurbished. Also has a big garden with decking and patio. Great summer vibes! £545 per month.

10 min walk from campus, bus stop nearby. Opposite corner shop and takeaways.

3 other tenants, all girls starting their second year. Super friendly and easy going, happy with a guy or girl!
