140lbs at 5 feet 5

Hi, I weigh 140lbs (10 stone, 63kgs) and I'm female - I can't seem to get rid of the weight, no matter how hard I try, do I weigh too much and does anyone have any tips to lose some weight?

According to my BMI calculator, your weight is normal for your height. No need to lose weight, then.

That's because you're a normal weight for your height...
Do you want to reach a specific target weight or achieve a specific body appearance feature/look? :confused:
To visibly lose weight you have to be in daily calorie deficit by at least 500 calories.

What is your daily calorie intake range?
What type of meals, drinks and snacks do you regularly consume?
How much daily exercise do you do and what type of exercises?

I think it's fine as your height but for fitness you need to lose a bit more weight ...
