For A2 there isn't any textbook but cambridge does offer some books on the topics called "cambridge perspectives". So for the Cold War if you search on amazon "cold war cambridge perspectives" you should be able to find it, and same for the topics in paper 4 you choose. Also in stuvia there are many students who got A* who sell their A2 notes per topics including exam techique and structure.
For the structure of paper 1 and 2 you can find in youtube many videos of how to structure them. For example this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y342g8IGIw4&t=2s. (this channel has videos for all the papers)
Also, I advise you search tips for source paper and tips for history essays in youtube for more indepth tips which will help you get the top grades after you have the structure clear for your exam board.

by petitemangueHi, I’m taking CIE A Level History (9489) in O/N 2022 and I’m very confused as to where to find the material. I will be doing Topic 3: Cold War for paper 3 and Depth Study 3: International History for Paper 4 but I have no clue where/how to study them. I know that there’s no endorsed textbook but if there are resources, recommended textbooks or notes, please let me know.
Similarly, I’m not exactly sure how my answers for Papers 1 and 2 should be structured so if you have history writing techniques or studying techniques as well, I would be really grateful to know them. Thanks!

try papa cambridge.. I heard they have good resources. And there is also this site called "crack a level"
A quick google search would give you a list of sites to find resources!!
