can anyone recommended UCAS-points based universities, can't find any?

Do you mean universities that don't care about what A levels you have (if any) and specify their entry requirement exclusively in terms of the UCAS points you've accumulated, where there UCAS points could have been "earned" from any source (BTEC, EPQ, Music qualification, etc.)?

Did you have a particular subject in mind?

When you say you "can't find any", how have you been searching? I looked for web sites ending ".ac.uk" which used the phrase "UCAS Tariff" and came up with these in about 5 minutes

https://www.dmu.ac.uk/study/applying/ucas-tariff-guide-entry-requirements.aspx says, "Where applicable, we will usually make offers using the UCAS Tariff points system."
https://www.brighton.ac.uk/studying-here/applying-to-brighton/undergraduate/entry-requirements/the-ucas-tariff/index.aspx says, "UCAS tariff points obtained from Level 3 Key Skills will count towards an offer for most of our courses."
https://www.ntu.ac.uk/study-and-courses/undergraduate/applying-to-ntu/ucas-tariff-calculator, says "Use the calculator to convert your qualifications and grades into UCAS tariff points and find out if you meet our undergraduate course requirements." Individual course pages say things like "112 UCAS tariff points from up to four qualifications (two of which must be A-level equivalent)".

See https://www.google.com/search?q=%22UCAS+Tariff%22+site%3Aac.uk.

Generally universities that accept ucas points tend to bee those who accept lower grades. Have a look at universities offering below BBB and you will find some. You wont find many above those grades.

If you search by your subject on the following website, it lists all unis by UCAS points. As a rough guide, those accepting 120 points or below are more likely to have points-based rather then grade-based entry requirements:

Click through to the uni's own website to confirm requirements.
