Honestly very torn between the two, got rejected from Oxford following my interview and at first UCL was my next choice due to its reputation however I am now completely stuck for choice, a lot of people has said the better uni experience/ social life + the lower cost at Manchester outweighs UCL. Any opinions or thoughts would be much appreciated

Manchester is pretty strong for (life) sciences as well, so unless you want to go into investment banking I doubt there is much between them. As you note, London is very expensive too!
