Cambridge IPQ question

Hello, I am doing Cambridge International Project Qualification (IPQ), which is the same as Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) in the UK.

I want to research on something relating to Quantum Computing, more specifically Shor's Algorithm and the impacts it has on public-key encryption. Thus I've come up with a title: "To what extent does Shor's Algorithm break current methods of public-key encryption?"

Is this a good title? My teachers says that the research should be evaluative and not a description of a topic but for this topic, it's already theorized that it will break the encryption. What can I talk about for this topic? Any tips are appreciated!
