A-levels for Medicine

Hi all, I am strongly interested in pursuing a career in Medicine. I have currently chosen to do Maths, Chemistry, Biology and Physics for my A-levels, but am wondering if I am being too heavily STEM-based. I also love Classics and have been considering replacing Physics with Classical Greek, although I enjoy both subjects equally. If I am looking to apply to more research-based universities (e.g., Oxbridge), do you think sticking with Physics will be better? Many thanks.

Thanks a lot!

I am currently an international student studying in the UK. I know that Cambridge has 22 places available for overseas students while Oxford has 14.
Would it be advisable to apply to Cambridge based on this stat, or would you also consider other factors?
