York or SOAS for law?

I am stuck on deciding whether I would like to attend York or SOAS for law. I think York would have better career prospects for me but I feel I would enjoy my time much more at SOAS
I don't think they're significantly different really in terms of prospects, i.e. it will mainly depend on what you do to make yourself employable by getting vacation schemes and involving yourself in uni activities to take on leadership roles in societies etc to develop relevant transferable skills. If you're particularly interested in some aspect of law (or otherwise) that is a specialism of one or the other uni, then that is also well worth considering. For example if you wanted to undertake some language study in an Asian, Middle Eastern, or African language, or are interested in the legal systems of those regions comparatively, then SOAS is a good option. Equally York will have its own specialisms and other offerings, so explore those too!
