guys I just got a notification on my kings apply saying i got watlisted but i got an offer yesterday?? it even says "offer accepted" on my kings apply etc. I have firmed kings on ucas already so can they take my offer back? Has anyone else on here experienced this?

Hey! I am sure it is a mistake if you received an offer on ucas. Where does it show “offer accepted” on your kings apply? Was your offer unconditional

On my application overview, just under "application status".
I also got the "your offer" tab with all the programme information and conditions etc. yesterday
probably gonna call them up to check this is a mistake tomorrow

it says they'll send an email from 4 months before enrolment (so from 26/05) with all the information so i don't think we have to do it just yet

Hi, has anyone noticed a pattern so far on how they update availability on the residence portal? Do they add new rooms once a week / once in 2 weeks or totally random? Thank you x

it's the disclosure barring service - basically a criminal background check so nothing to worry about unless you've been convicted for a crime!

i've done one before and it's essentially just sending them proof of ID through their service and waiting for 6 weeks :smile:

It's not a mistake because the same exact thing has happened to me. I'm guessing that when someone with an offer withdraws their application or firms somewhere else they give the offer to someone on the waiting list! Don't stress about it I'm in the same position, also congrats :smile:

So I'm trying to register for accommodation and i've put my student number (from the offer letter) as my user and got emailed my temporary password, but when I put the password in it keeps saying my user/password is incorrect ? not sure what i'm doing wrong, any help would be great!

ohh so does that mean i was on the waitlist like unofficially and then got an offer??

Have u made sure uve put caps lock on , when my son did his, he asked twice for the password, the second password was different, then that worked and let him choose his own password. This was 48 hrs after he had firmed kings.

Sorry if it's already been asked but how often does the accommodation portal update with new rooms? I know new rooms were added today but none for Stamford Street or GDSA so I'm wondering whether to book somewhere else as a backup and try to switch later or whether it's better just to wait?
