How to get 29 mins and 30 seconds for one of the questions?

Can't remember the numbers but basically you were told she types x numbers of words in 8 minutes

You were then asked how long it would take her to type y amount of words

You had to divide the new number of words by the original number of words, then multiply the time by this value
it then got you 29.5minutes (29 minutes 30 seconds)

How to get 29 mins and 30 seconds for one of the questions?

I worked out the rate by dividing the words he could type in the number of mins (given in q)
Then the rate = words/time
So I substituted rate and words in to find the time it would take. The time was 29.5mins which = 29.5 x 60 = 29 mins 30 seconds
