Do I need to make a new student finance account if I've cancelled my application

I cancelled my application because of a mistake and want to make a new one. I can't find where to make a new one on my account so does this mean I have to make a new account with a new email etc?

Your original Customer Reference Number should be used for all future student finance applications or supporting applications. You may need to apply via a paper form- https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-forms/y
