Defence commercial graduate programme

Hi everyone,

I can’t see anything has been posted for this years defence graduate programme so I may as well start this.

I got an invite to the assessment centre so was hoping for some guidance on what to expect.

I know there’ll be a role play, presentation exercise, and interview but wanted to know more about the first two.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi, I have the ac coming up as well but I’ve only got very brief descriptions of the activities (just what they are but nothing of what to expect). Slightly nervous for the role play as just not sure what to expect

Hi, I have the assessment coming up in a couple of weeks for the 2024 programme. I am quite nervous as I do not know what to expect. Does anyone have any advice, it would be greatly appreciated :smile:

Hi, I just wanted to ask how your AC went as I've been trying to find out more about the recruitment process. I've been put on a reserve list but I'm unsure whether its so they can figure out where to place successful candidates or not since they never asked for preferred locations before the AC.
