In Cambridge A level exams, the AS result can be carried forward to a max of 13 months. My question is how it is being handled in Edexcel?
For example, say I want to do Further Maths with 6 modules (FP1, FP2, FP3, FM1, FM2, FM3).
Now I sit in Oct 2022 for FP1, FP2 and FP3.
Can I sit in June 2024 for the remaining 3 modules of Further Maths i.e. FM1, FM2 and FM3 to request cash in codes for my Further Maths in June 2024 and apply in university for Sep 2024 session?

I'm almost certain that there is no time limit for Edexcel IAL other than the length of the specification. As this is a fairly new spec and there are no plans to withdraw it then you should be Ok for the next 5 years or so.
