Which university is better in terms of employability
Univ of manchester- MSc Power System Engineerring
Univ of southampton- MSc Electronics Engineering
Univ of Glassgow- Msc Electronics Engineering

They are all good universities and I don't think any one of them would give you an advantage over the other in terms of employment, based on their reputation alone.
You should pick the one with the course that appeals the most. Are there certain modules you like? Are there any research/ placement opportunities?
You're more likely to do well on course that you enjoy. Getting a good overall grade and having some work experience will make you more employable than just the name of the university alone.
