Nope. I’ve got a call with their medical officer tomorrow which should be the last step hopefully.

Same haven’t heard nothing either going to be 2 months soon since I completed my vetting!!!

Everything is done now, messaged them I want to start after August. I’m now waiting for them to get back to me now. What else is holding yours now?

Coaching has changed a little since I was on it last year due to restructuring.
From what I understand now they like to either have 1-1 or 2-1 coaching 1or 2 students to 1 coach and then as you progress through the 8 weeks of coaching they make the groups bigger so 4-1 or 5-1 to let you have a bit more freedom whilst being there to help if you need it

Yes all correct you will have another exam at the 11/12 week mark too where you'll go back to hendon for a day to show what you've learnt whilst at the centre

I remember that you gave me advise for the first 4 weeks and wanted to see if you have any advise you can give me for phase 2 (coaching)
Most importantly does the speed get better as you do more and more calls?

Your speed definitely will get better when you are on coaching if you are unsure ask because they are there to help.
When I started it would take me like 15 mins per call now it probably takes me maximum 7 mins

Also about the pay, I probably should’ve asked this before but on the ad it says circa 44k annually but the starting is 31 so ultimately after the 3 months training is it guaranteed that you’ll make 44k or that is dependent on you working overtime etc

so your starting isn't 31k its about 40k ,31k is base pay so thats what everyone earns before the add ons of shift disturbance flexibility and location allowances

so unless you have things like student loans per month you'll be clearing around 2.5k which should then go up after training to about 2.6k or there, there about (thats after tax and everything)

if you do overtime it 1.5x base rate which works out to about £25 per hour (before tax)
if you work bank holiday is 2x base rate which works out to about £34 per hour (before tax)

I am guessing it is monthly pay. It’s is the 1st of each month or something.
