Yes, you can. Go to https://www.ucas.com/ucas/tariff-calculator and use it to calculate your UCAS Tariff based upon the grades you have (or are predicted to have) in those qualifications. Then search for universities which accept students based upon their UCAS Tarrif.

I've no idea what your grades are or what you're interested in studying but, for example, the Entry Requirements section for Business and Finance BSc (Hons) at Oxford Brookes states that their standard offer is "UCAS Tariff Points: 104" and specifically says "Wherever possible we make our conditional offers using the UCAS Tariff. The combination of A-level grades listed here would be just one way of achieving the UCAS Tariff points for this course."

They also point out that you can earn 120 UCAS Tariff points using exactly your combination of qualifications on their UCAS Tariff - Achieving 120 points page: "1 A-level plus BTEC Diploma Grades A+DM, or D+DD".

Lots of other universities use UCAS tariff points for their entry criteria and don't specify a minimum of two A levels. You just have to look hard enough.

FYI, the way I found that Oxford Brookes was an option was to google for: site:.ac.uk "ucas tariff" "1 A level". The search results list several other universities too.
Plenty of Unis will accept this combination - you just need to check on the course page for the subject you are interested in, and if its not listed, then email the Uni and ask. Yes, some Unis for some subjects may want a minimum of 2 A levels with a BTEC Cert or Dip but it does depend on Uni subject and which Uni. Never assume they wont accept your A level/BTEC combo - just email the Uni's Admissions Office, list your qualifications and the degree course you want to do and ask.

And btw, many top Unis will accept BTECs - not just 'UCAS points' Unis.

You will need to google the name of the degree and 'ac.uk' to find courses and then check the entry requirements carefully on each individual Uni's website - if it isnt clear, just email that Uni's admissions office and ask. Remember to also check any GCSE Maths requirements.
