Gambling - waste of time
Anyone else just gamble their free time away and then think what’s the point? Since I bet online or on phone, I can spend an hour or two betting on horses and on rubbish C7 horses on the sand, means nothing - I might win or lose, doesn’t matter - its the waste of life! Since 2020 lockdown it’s become a real negative of my life - ideas to help cut down!!

I used to spend a lot of time gambling online too, and afterward, I’d wonder what the point was. Especially during lockdown, it was easy to fall into the habit of just betting out of boredom. What helped me cut back was setting some simple rules for myself—like only playing for a set amount of time and with a fixed budget. It made it feel more controlled and less like I was wasting my time.
Now, I only gamble for fun and make sure I’m not letting it take over my day. I still enjoy playing on 789bet, but I stick to my limits and focus on the enjoyment, not the outcome. Having a strategy like that really helps make gambling more of a hobby and less of a time-waster.wasting my time.
