Given none of them lead to a direct career (very few degrees do anyway) I see no reason to choose based on employability. Pick the one with the most enjoyable degree content.
As above, employability is very relative for such courses.

I'd note that you can usually do some philosophy in a classics course, albeit usually ancient philosophy only. At Oxford you can do ancient or modern philosophy, and as much of it as any other philosophy joint school there, so that might be an appealing option.
