So yeah can any one recommend any for first year? Mainly for clinical sciences (but ethics/ppd would be good too). Preferably books with SAQs and answers (obviously). Also are there any useful books for OSCEs?

For OSCE there's the manual written by Bird, Flemming, Majeed & Twohig which is pretty good, but I'm not sure if it's available outside Sheffield, and the PasTest OSCE books (3) by Feather, Lumley & Visvanathan.
