LSE MSc Accounting & Finance vs Imperial MSc FinanceWatch this thread
I have been accepted in LSE MSc A&F and Imperial MSc Finance.
I absolutely don't know what to do ... my goal in the long term is to work in PE (not in a mega fund - I want to have a life). I am more interested by Imperial courses, as they focus more on corporate finance but LSE's network and prestige is very attractive (and the courses also interesting oc).
I already realized two 6 months internship (one in m&a and one in PE)
What are your thoughts on the subject ??
Imperial MSc Finance has an exceptional network & prestige as well, and the programme is highly ranked in the world, with Imperial also being one of the best business schools in the world.
MSc Finance is also much more competitive and harder to get an admissions than A&F.
Therefore, I'd recommend MSc Finance at Imperial over A&F.
I agree with what you say, but I have the impression that LSE's prestige and network is far above Imperial, UCL and others
as i would like to know if its worth studying fe at imperial myself
