There are only two square numbers between 10 and 30 - they are 16 and 25. Let's call the the second number 3x and the third number x, because it says the second number is three times the third.
Now we can construct a simple algebraic equation: 97 = 3x + x + [16 or 25]. Try solving this using either 16 or 25 as the last number. The correct square number will result in the equation giving a whole number for x, then just triple that to get the last of the three numbers!
