Haven’t done this exact question but have studied the October Revolution. You could tackle the question from two different viewpoints- one viewpoint could be from a right wing perspective mentioning failures of the Kaiser and failed October reforms. He failed to preserve the autocratic state which is why there was a revolution. Link in Kiel Mutiny. Other perspective would be from a left wing perspective- the SPD were the largest party and had lots of support for a revolution. Essentially the argument would be along the lines of either the right wing or left wing being the main cause for the Revolution. Hope this helps- A level history student
