Not for pastoral support - a firend's child was having to e-mail me their homework to get it marked!

RG isn't best for all degrees - it's a very 'traditional' school and the buildings are a bit run down.

A lot of people end up in good schools. (sadly we dont live in the area)
At Dr Challoners Grammar (boys) - some top unis for 2022 where (in order) Durham, Bath, Biringham, Bristol, Cambridge etc.
At Dr Challoners High (girls) - some top (in order for 2023) were biringham, southampton, newcastle, cambridge, UCL, Kings College, Oxford, Imperial...

So you do have a chance of going into a good school

Rg is probably better for Law but you don't need to go to this school for RG.

hiii, i'm about to start yr13 at dr challoners (girls) and i can definitely say that most people go to russel group unis. even more so, almost everyone gets into their first choice uni! i highly recommend the school and this is coming from an external student who moved from a different school, hope this helps!
