cereal or porridge! Drink a glass of water first.
I always make sure to eat something filling or else I'll be starving within an hour or two.

Overnight oats!
Simply soak oats in milk overnight in your fridge, with sugar to taste.
Makes the most perfect porridge imaginable and can either be eaten as is in the morning or microwaved up.
Keeps you powered with energy all day, is cheap and healthy. Some people like to add fresh fruit and other stuff.

uncooked oats or cooked?
uncooked oats or cooked?
edit: To make overnight oats, simply use an equal measure of rolled oats to milk ratio (so one small cup oats, one small cup of milk) and leave in a bowl or jar in your fridge overnight.
