I’m gonna do law in uni and right now my main focus is to go in criminal law however I noticed most big law firms like the magic circle specialise in Business law. Is there any law firm that’s very big in UK and specialises in criminal law?

The Legal 500 lists the following as Tier 1 firms for "Criminal: General".

BCL Solicitors LLP
Bindmans LLP
Blackfords LLP
Corker Binning
Hickman & Rose
Hodge Jones & Allen
Kingsley Napley LLP
Peters & Peters Solicitors LLP
Simons Muirhead Burton
Stokoe Partnership Solicitors
Tuckers Solicitors

I've no idea whether any meet your definition of "very big".

Depends why you want them to be big. If it's because you think they'll pay you more, forget it. There is no commercial reason for criminal solicitors to be paid well. The reason big corporate law firms pay their solicitors so well is because their clients pay them so well. Criminals on the other hand don't tend to have a lot of money.

If you want to earn decent money in criminal law, you'll be better off working as a prosecutor.
