Revision help

I'm taking Politics, English Lit and Psychology for A levels and I was wondering how I could plan my revision on the lead up to them.

Right now, my timetable looks like this:
24 May - Psych paper 1
25 May - Politics paper 1
7 June - English paper 1
8 June - Psych paper 2
9 June - Politics paper 2
15 June - English paper 2
16 June - Psych paper 3
17 June - Politics paper 3

This means I would only have an afternoon/evening and maybe 30-60 minutes of revision on the day of an exam for a few of my exams.

Does anyone have any tips on how I could plan the revision according to my timetable?
At that stage you either know it or you dont - forget 'on the day' revision, you'll just get yourself in a panic.
