Birmingham City accomodation: Replacement tenant required

Hi all.
The flat is a 5 person flat, and the bathroom is ensuite with a small double bed. It is £146 a week. If you require another room in the same flat for a friend, there is also another room available in this flat for the same cost.
This would be appropriate for both BCU and Aston students as it is only a couple of minutes away from both Uni, and it is around a 7 minute walk from the Bullring/New street train station.
Only just recently decided that I will be transferring to the University of Nottingham yet I am already bound to this contract so I have to find a replacement tenant or else I can't go to Nottingham
