Nervous in silent situations

Im not sure what to do.

Whenever im in a quiet room i get really anxious. When i get anxious, my stomach starts to growl. I then get more anxious, to the point when im paying extra attention to my swallowing as not to choke on my saliva.

I know this sounds rather bad but honestly i only get nervous when the room goes silent ( im pretty sure i don't have anxiety). I am not much of a worrier in any other aspects of life - i just worry about embarrassing myself when there is complete silence.

Any advice on how to combat this nervousness / how to deal with ansious related stomach noises?
I think it might be a good idea to contact your GP, try breathing in and out really slowly to help with being nervous, if quiet rooms make you anxious maybe try listening to something
