When reading the text book, imagine the things happening like an animation. Also make your wording precise (I struggle with that) it loses loads of marks. Read the mark scheme too because when doing the exam you can think what the question wants.

Learn and revise the content properly (because later topics generally build on past ones, so once you understand, you understand) and practise your application. Make sure you answer the question as it should be answered, using practice questions, sample papers and past papers.
