Hello, my step sons girlfriend has a place guaranteed at university in Worcester starting in September 2022.With Brexit new rules, is she eligible for a student loan?

To be eligible to be considered for funding she would need to have per-settled or settled status.

I thought as much, she’s speaking to the university next week and it’s the course fees which are causing her problems.
