No. Biology, chemistry and a third A-level that you enjoy is fine. No dental school requires A-level maths.

an alternative would be doing A Btec scinece level 3 course called BTEC Level 3 Nationals in Applied Science
(again i am not really sure about this but try to look into it more)

BTECs are only accepted at 2 out of 16 dental schools.

Not all medical/dental schools consider Btec to have value.

Maths is not usually an entrey requirement - for my dental school the req'd A levels are:
- Biology
- Another science (chemistry ,physics, sociology, psychology)
- Any other subject (not general studies)

But you need to actually do your own research and look at the unis youre interested in online or in their prospectus'
