My parents moved to Scotland, where should I apply for finance?

When I first filled out my student finance application, I lived in England. But since then my parents have moved to Scotland and now I don't know whether to continue applying with finance England, or whether I should apply with finance Scotland

Moved there permanently, so my home address is now in scotland
