I sadly did not get accepted in the unis of my choice for this year. I am thinking about perhaps studying a year of Bus. Adm. / Econ at St.Gallen (subject to me getting accepted) and transfering for my second year.
Is it possible to transfer to a similar course at LSE or Oxbridge and continue as a second year or can one only apply as a first year? I've also heard that LSE is not that keen of first year students from other unis applying.
Any help / advice would be appreciated.

LSE and Oxbridge don’t generally accept students into second year.
You can reapply for first year entry but if that’s your plan then taking a gap year to do something else is more likely to help your application than starting a degree you have no intention of completing (which makes you look flakey).
