We have a spare room available in a spacious house of 8 double-bed ensuite rooms. All rooms are furnished. The house is in Victoria Park, which is a short walk from uni. The rent is £120 week, without gas and electricity (<£15 a week). The contract runs from July 2022 to June 2023 with July half-rent. We are a group of 7 friendly male students desperately looking to fill this room as one of us has had to drop out at short notice. Reply if interested.
