Maintenance Mistake

I submitted my form an hour ago. I accidentally applied for the maximum maintenance loan that everyone can get (the figure just over £3k). I was meant to apply for the income based one.

I have tried to change loan amount in my account, but it does not let me apply for the income based loan. It does however have a form attached and a parent evidence form to apply for income based loan. If we print these forms, fill them in and send them off, will all be sorted (even though it wasn’t done online)?

Also, this form and my birth certificate go to same address. Can I send them together?

Fill in the income information form pff2 and upload it to your account and your household income will be assessed and your loan amount increased if your household income is low.

Don’t print and send the household income form - it’s quicker to upload it.

Your birth certificate goes to a different address to the pff2 form so don’t send them together.
