What is the issues around partiality with utilitarianism !!
I’ve been to so many websites and none of them explain!

Being utilitarian is often a very emotionless decision making process. For instance, if you're coaching a football team and you don't select your son to play because he's not the best. It's a hard decision emotionally, even if tactically it is the right thing to do. Utilitarianism, then, requires impartiality when this can be emotionally strenuous on a person.

Utilitarianism would demand that we save the life of two random people over the life of a member of our family. It seems incompatible with current human psychology which is unable to act impartially.
