    You can call up LSE, tell them you've changed your mind due to personal/financial reasons and you can no longer attend. They'll let you go and you'll be able to take your insurance offer and go to Westminster =).

    May as well give LSE a go, and if you don't get in, take a gap year and apply for Westminster.

    =) Very glad to be of help. I withdrew from my uni last year; I told them it was for personal reasons (which it was) and they asked whether I'd like to go to my insurance or withdraw completely.
