Funding for counselling as a second degree

HiI am looking to study integrative counselling as a second degree BSC with the matrix college. The course would be 2 days a week. I already have a BA honors degree in music.I phoned up student finance but they said I would not be eligable as counselling is not one of the courses eligable for funding as a second degree. However, I'm confused because I saw on another thread on here that counselling counts as a healthcare course under stem so is eligable if its part time.Could you advise me please?
If not would the open university Foundation Degree in Counselling course code x09 be eligable?
