No because a friendship group isn’t a quota where I have to find people of all different nationalities, it’s just a group of people I vibe well with. If they all happen to be white that’s absolutely fine just as if they all happen to be black or Asian or any kind of mix.

White people composed 87.2% of UK citizens in the 2011 census and, as of 2019, 93.7% of the population was heterosexual.

Of course not, I'm not a public facing organisation that has to justify itself, I can select associates based on merit and preference alone rather than some sort of creepy ham fisted affirmative action scheme.

I'm slightly alarmed that liberal indoctrination has reached a point where they think that diversity is something to aim for rather than just an outcome. Next one will be asking if they should sleep with an immigrant to have a diverse child.
Diversity is neither good or bad. It is simply the product of what should in theory be meritocracy and personal choice (though as I'm monocultural I'd lean marginally towards bad if pushed).
