If I found computer science in high school to be quite easy, so would it be easy for me at uni or the programming and other ideas are much more complex?

If you’re going by A-Levels, then I’d say university computer science will be much harder, although it depends on the uni you go to. You’ll find that lower ranked unis will be more focussed on some programming and bits like hardware and networks, but if your going to top Russel universities, it’s very maths intensive, and very different to A Level; the closest representation being A Level Further Maths Decision Modules and just A Level Maths in general.

Depends on your interests and strengths.

If you are not very good at mathematics (i.e. the actual science part of Computer Science) or just not very interested in the theory, then going to a "higher ranked" or "older" university where the course is more likely to be heavily based on the theory then yeah, it will be a bit of a slog.

Programming is not difficult. Any monkey can learn to code, especially for assessment purposes.
