Hi, have received offers from Bath, Warwick and Loughborough. Leaning towards Loughborough as I love the atmosphere. While Bath is the highest on the league tables, the campus and town weren’t really for me and I’ve heard the mechanical course at Warwick is pretty average.

For an engineering course, does the university matter as long as the course is accredited? Should course quality be the deciding factor?

Loughborough and Bath are good for Engineering - go to Loughborough if you prefer it. [Warwick is not noted for Engineering]

Do a year in industry if you can

Loughborough and Bath are both very good.

Warwick is highly esteemed too especially if you want to work in The City.
